Benefits Specialist

Our client, a top-tier national professional services provider and insurance brokerage, is looking for a high-performing Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to acquire and build a long term book of business across their rapidly growing markets in Greater Denver or Colorado Springs, CO area. • Strong base salary + Uncapped commission structure (ability to earn up to 40% commission!!)

• 2–5 years of industry sales experience (professional service sales for benefits and insurance services) OR sales experience in adjacent industries (PEO, payroll, etc.)
• HUNTER mentality. Cannot be afraid of a cold call or building up a book of business
