Help couples plan their dream Colorado wedding or elopement on warm inbound video calls; $85K+ OTE, $58K base + commission, onboarding by June 1st, primarily remote.

Adventure Amore is a 7-figure wedding services company redefining Colorado's elopement and micro wedding industry. We are building a comprehensive one‑stop shop for couples to design and experience their dream wedding day, achieving consistent growth and earning five‑star reviews across every platform.

You're not selling software or cold‑calling strangers. You’re on a video call with a newly engaged couple, helping them plan an elopement in the mountains or a ceremony in a wildflower meadow with the Rockies behind them. When they book, you’ll hear “you just made our dream real and this was so easy” on a regular basis.

As a Sales Consultant, you will work with warm inbound leads, listen to couples’ desires, and guide them to the right package. You’ll handle 5–6 scheduled calls per day, 1–2 follow‑ups, CRM updates, and prep. Manage a pipeline of 8–10 prospects with a monthly booking target of 30. Weekend days are required each week – bookings on weekends earn a higher commission.

Full‑time, W‑2.

• On‑target earnings ~$85,000 per year; high performers realistically earn $100,000–$115,000+
• Per‑booking commission (weekend bookings earn a higher rate)
• 90‑day ramp guarantee protects your income while you learn the process
• Lead volume guarantee: if we don’t deliver enough scheduled calls, your commission is protected based on your historic close rate

Primarily remote. First few weeks are roughly 50/50 in‑office and at‑home while you ramp. Afterward, only 2 days per month in person in the Denver / Front Range area.

You love working with couples but are tired of 12‑hour shoots, the editing backlog, and running a business. You don’t need extensive sales experience; you’ve been selling packages and managing client expectations for years.

• Able to travel to Denver 2 days per month
• 2+ years in consultative, emotion‑driven, or relationship‑based sales, OR 2+ years in the wedding industry working directly with couples
• If coming from another sales role, bring process discipline; you’ll learn our proven call architecture and objection frameworks
• Comfort navigating emotionally charged conversations with partners, parents, and budget concerns
• Self‑directed time management
