At Klaviyo, the partnerships team prides itself on being marketing and product experts. As a Partner Manager II, you will build long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with Klaviyo’s marketing agency and systems integrator partners, leveraging strong consultative skills to understand their business model and growth strategy and identify ways Klaviyo can help them (and their clients) grow.
How You’ll Make a Difference- Become a trusted advisor to the 30 partner relationships you manage, building relationships with key leaders and decision makers at those organizations, and with front‑line teams.
- Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and understand how partners can advance use cases to market.
- Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
- Understand a partner’s organization structure and business goals.
- Develop a long‑term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside Klaviyo.
- Act as a consultant to help partners build or optimise their offerings around Klaviyo.
- Present how Klaviyo services and software can help a partner improve their business.
- Operate with and exceed revenue‑focused goals.
- Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo’s values, build culture, and execute on its vision for the future.
- Own projects and collaborate with a highly driven team to create new partner enablement and process.
- Drive co‑marketing with partners.
- Travel up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with agency partners and attend events.
- Skilled at influencing and relationship building.
- Experience in partnerships, sales, or account management.
- Primarily worked on accounts in SMB/MM/Enterprise segments with thought‑out references.
- Excited to learn about a new product offering.
- Comfortable presenting product‑led discussions and demoing the Klaviyo product to partner networks.
- Thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
- Obsessed with understanding customers or partners.
- Can operate independently.
- Can present in large groups and showcase as a thought leader in the industry.
- Proactively solicits and acts on feedback from customers, partners, and peers.
- Excited to impact a rapidly‑growing, profitable startup.
- Positive outlook with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3‑4 years of SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales experience.
- Collaborates with enablement, CS, marketing, and product to educate agency partners on new enhancements.
- Brings strategies to advance company values, culture, and vision.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary range for U.S. locations: $130,900 – $177,100 USD. Base salary is determined by job‑related skills, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Travel may be required up to 10% for onboarding, partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
