Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Greenwood Village team. In this role, you’ll manage a defined territory, build meaningful client relationships, and lead the full sales cycle. From identifying new opportunities to delivering compelling presentations to hospital executives, you’ll play a key role in demonstrating why JPS continues to be the trusted partner in physician and advanced practice provider recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and present to physician recruiting decision makers (C‑Suite).
  • 35-50% travel (a year) within a multi‑state territory within the Western region.
  • Achieve monthly and annual search production goals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, with a focus on new business.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to manage client relationships.
  • Make recommendations regarding service and relay client feedback.
  • Promote services at trade shows.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years outside solutions sales experience, or 3+ years in healthcare staffing sales required.
  • Excellent prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face presentation, and closing skills required.
  • Confident, energetic, and professional presence: ability to effectively build relationships, overcome objections, and close business with C‑Suite Executives required.
  • Knowledge and proven success in securing new business required.
  • Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relation‑building skills required.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills required;
    Salesforce/CRM experience preferred.
  • Stable employment history with verifiable references required.
