Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative, responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation, targeting C‑stores, distributors, and retail accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls and outreach activities daily
- Identify, research, and engage prospective C-store, distributor, and retail partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Connect with key decision‑makers and introduce the company’s product offerings
- Qualify prospects by uncovering needs, challenges, and purchasing potential
- Consistently follow up to move opportunities forward and maintain engagement
- Accurately track all sales activities, pipeline updates, and communications in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and revenue targets
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience or a completed Bachelor’s degree required
