Job Overview
Client Service Representative delivers exceptional service and support to customers by executing the service agreement renewal process, providing quotations, and following up on submitted leads. Reporting to the Services Sales Leader, the role sits on the sales team and partners closely with operations to ensure contractual obligations are met and to identify growth opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
Location & Working HoursMonday to Thursday: onsite with colleagues.

- Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio mostly consisting of small service agreement customers and accounts.
- Drive new mechanical service agreements and service agreement renewals.
- Handle time and material (T &M) and quoted job pull‑through opportunities, work with the estimating team on proposals, and deliver proposals to the customer within required time frames.
- Drive the account management process for assigned portfolio, including development of customer account profiles, account strategies, service delivery plans, budget planning, and scheduled customer visits.
- Identify and communicate issues, business goals, and objectives on all assigned accounts.
- Respond within 24 hours to all customer inquiries and concerns.
- Review the financial performance of all assigned accounts weekly and provide correction plans for poor performing service agreements including accounts receivable follow‑up.
- Meet department growth plans by selling and expanding customer base, making the required number of customer sales calls monthly.
- Assist in creating standard work/cadence for meeting customer needs and support Account Managers with strategic customers as assigned.
- Ensure customer opportunities are entered into Salesforce accurately and that the sales pipeline is reflected.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years of work experience preferred.
- Customer service with relationship building experience is a plus.

- Must be able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months.
Annual Base Salary Range: $61,496.66 - $89,424.99. Compensation Type:
