Position: Adventure Sales Specialist

$58,000 annual base pay + plus commission and bonus. On Target Earnings year 1 ~$70,000 with substantial upside in year 2+

Denver, CO (hybrid - 2-3x per week in office)

What you’ll do
  • Working alongside the other talented members of the Macs Sales team, the Adventure Sales Specialist role is to ensure that the customer has an unforgettable experience throughout their journey with Macs Adventure from initial enquiry to on-trip support.
  • After completion of a training program, you will be required to respond to different types of customer enquiries and convert these into confirmed bookings.
  • You will be organized to follow up on your calls and leads while being able to take on new enquiries through phone, email and live chat.
  • Deliver a high level of customer experience as you will be the first contact a customer has with Macs.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team targets without compromising the customer journey.
  • After 6 months, work towards becoming a destination specialist.
  • Be able to prioritize new enquiries and customers questions which can increase during our season.
