Tenth Revolution Group (TRG) is hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Scottsdale team. This is a full 360, Account Executive-style role, where you’ll be responsible for building client relationships, generating business, and placing top talent across the Cloud Technology space.
You’ll be joining a high-energy, supportive, and close-knit team of successful full desk recruiters who all started in similar entry-level roles and progressed through performance.

- Generate new business and build client relationships from scratch
- Sell recruitment/staffing solutions to hiring managers
- Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Source, screen, and present candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements
- Drive revenue through both business development and delivery
- Proactive outreach via cold calls, email, and Linked In
- Building and executing your own business development strategy
- Running discovery calls and client meetings to understand hiring needs
- Negotiating terms of business with new clients
- Managing end-to-end candidate delivery from search to placement
- Previous outbound sales experience (cold calling preferred)
- Strong communicator who enjoys speaking with new people
- Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by targets
- Resilient with a strong work ethic and desire to improve
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
Compensation includes a $41,500 salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $60,000 - $65,000 in year one, depending on performance.
There is a structured promotion pathway where your base salary increases with each promotion, with many consultants reaching their first promotion within 6-9 months based on performance.
