Inside Sales Representative
Location:
Denver, CO – Franklin – Retail shop
- Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external partners, fostering understanding and long‑term relationships.
- Ensures all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.
- Partners with customers to identify the best tools and procedures for their specific tasks; demonstrates equipment use to build customer confidence.
- Manages order entry and processes transactions; assists the team with the reconciliation of deposits.
- Coordinates via phone, e‑mail, and in person with customers and team members to provide helpful information on costs and delivery.
- Contributes to an outgoing call strategy to support the continued growth and success of the branch.
- Coordinates the transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a supportive manner with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Stocks shelves and maintains welcoming showroom displays to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization.
- Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree preferred. - Minimum two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google applications.
- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs. and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
- Adherence to Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to this position’s responsibilities.
- Preferred:
Knowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales.
