New Construction Commercial Sales Representative – Selling to General Contractors
Position Overview:
- Establish and foster long‑term relationships with general contractors in Denver and surrounding areas.
- Meet with decision makers to engineer a door solution for customers’ facilities.
- Develop scope of work for each proposal and personally handle every detail from initial call to closing the sale.
- Achieve sales objectives set by management, track and record sales leads and activities, and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years outside‑sales experience calling on general contractors and industrial markets.
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints; prior estimating experience is a plus but not required.
Pay Range: From $83,000 depending on experience.
