A senior sales leadership opportunity focused on driving new business growth within complex, enterprise environments. This role is responsible for building executive-level relationships, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. Ideal candidates bring strong experience working with healthcare payers and thrive in high-performance, target-driven settings.

Vice President Solutions Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, digital platforms) to engage senior decision-makers at target organizations
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal close, with annual revenue targets in the $6M–$10M range
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across a defined territory, consistently securing new client engagements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized solutions spanning consulting, outsourcing, and advanced technology offerings
  • Lead the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and statements of work tailored to client objectives
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence and professional networks
Vice President Solutions Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience selling into healthcare payer organizations (required)
  • Proven success managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles with executive stakeholders
  • Strong ability to develop strategic proposals, pricing approaches, and negotiate multi-layered agreements
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
