Senior Sales Executive – CoStar Real Estate Manager – Denver, CO

Responsibilities- Identify and close new sales opportunities for CoStar Real Estate Manager’s SaaS, data, and information services tailored to commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
- Build and maintain long–term relationships with corporate and retail tenant executives, controllers and financial reporting managers, ensuring high‑quality service and expansion opportunities.
- Travel 25–50% within assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face‑to‑face, fostering trust and delivering product value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align client goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing satisfaction.
- Become an expert in the end‑to‑end SaaS solution supporting lease administration, accounting and transaction management, acting as a trusted advisor by quantifying ROI to customers.
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, marketing, closing and renewals, driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Represent CoStar Real Estate Manager at industry events, networking with commercial real estate professionals in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- 7+ years of successful outside sales and account management experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, financial technology, business intelligence or data analytics to large enterprises.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong presentation, communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25–50%.
- Experience in real‑estate software solutions such as lease management, IWMS, lease accounting or project management.
- Track record of building long‑term relationships and business partnerships at all customer levels.
- Strong internal and external relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting applications, ERPs and basic accounting concepts.
- Understanding of commercial real‑estate markets and experience selling CoStar products.

Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000, plus commission and performance‑based incentives.
