Equipment Sales Rep

Job Description

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on capital equipment sales, large projects and accounts. The role covers the Inland Empire and other assigned territories.

• Grow existing accounts, prospect and secure new customers, and introduce new products to the territory.
• Develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover territories on a daily basis.

• 4‑year degree.
• Minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Skilled at building productive business relationships and possess a good mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of territory and customer base, and ability to develop business plans.
