Solventum is a healthcare company focused on providing better, smarter, and safer solutions for patients and healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Virtual Wound Healing Specialist to join our sales team and help advance our wound care offerings.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products or services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in
- Collaborate with field sales and internal resources to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least 1 year of sales experience; OR Associate Degree AND at least 3 years of sales experience. - Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain high productivity levels while working remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Location:
Remote – Mountain Time Zone. - Travel:
May include up to 10% domestic travel. - Relocation Assistance:
May be authorized. - Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a visa.
- Annual base pay range: $72,800 – $100,100 (excludes variable incentive pay).
- Eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, and retirement benefits.
