- Leverage a network of decision‑makers and industry leaders to create a pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client onboarding experiences.
Embody Innovation and Excellence
- Push boundaries with creative approaches to selling BPO services.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies, positioning the company as the clear choice for transformative customer‑experience solutions.
- Bring bold ideas and fresh energy to the table daily.

- 10+ years of BPO sales experience, with a stellar record of securing new clients and closing large, transformative deals.
- Deep knowledge of customer experience, digital transformation, and back‑office services.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a network that opens doors to industry leaders and decision‑makers.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills capable of winning trust and inspiring action.
- Visionary with grit: forward‑thinking, strategic, resilient, collaborative, data‑driven, and focused on measurable results.
