The Opportunity:

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 annually composed of a $33,750 base salary and on target sales bonus.
- Total Earning Potential: With uncapped incentives and accelerators, total annual earnings can reach $75,000 to $100,000 for high performers.
- Guaranteed Bonus: $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus after 60 days with no minimum sales threshold.
- Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement within your territory.
- Team Perks: Catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular events.
High-performing reps can be promoted to Senior Outside Sales Representative in as little as six months, and advance to roles such as Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive.
The RoleThis is an active, community-focused sales position where you will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to upgrade their home internet experience.
- Territory Engagement: Meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber’s award-winning internet services.
- Relationship Management: Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
- Market Strategy: Use Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize impact.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach sales goals.
- Tools for Success: Company-provided laptop and mobile phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communicator: Builds rapport quickly and explains value simply.
- Physical Requirements: Able to travel and navigate neighborhoods, including stairs and sidewalks.
- Fluency in English and Spanish: Bilingual speakers are encouraged to apply in Denver.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation access.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
