Overview
Territory Sales Representative – Entry Level / Part-Time (3 Days/Week), Denver, CO. Break Into Pharmaceutical Sales with Pivya at Impact Bio supporting Alembic Therapeutics. This role is part-time with a structured, field-based schedule and is designed to provide hands-on experience and a path into full-time pharmaceutical sales.
Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with Impact Bio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Pivya® has been proven for over 40 years in Denmark as a first-line therapy and is now entering the U.S. market. We are building a team of motivated, coachable sales professionals to support this high-profile launch.
This role does not require prior pharmaceutical sales experience. High-potential candidates who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and grow into the industry will thrive. High performers may move into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities- Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
- Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
- Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
- Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
- Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
- Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
- Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment
- Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
- Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
