Ink Monstr™ | Denver, CO (On-Site) | Full-Time | Must be able to commute to 80204 Base: $50,000 + Commission | OTE: $98K–$158K+ (year 1 to year 3 at quota) About Ink Monstr

We're not your average print shop. We're the company that blanketed the Van Gogh immersive experience in 10,000 square feet of custom vinyl, transformed Frontier Airlines' terminal at Denver International into a fully branded environment across 15,000+ square feet, and turned the walls of a Broomfield apartment community into 3,000 square feet of high-profile custom murals. Since 2004, Ink Monstr has been the go-to graphics and brand solutions partner for companies that demand premium results — from Red Bull and Adidas to Visit Denver and Lockheed Martin.

We design, print, and install large-format graphics across vehicle fleets, commercial interiors, building exteriors, event activations, and retail environments. The brands we work with don't just want something printed — they want their vision realized, at scale, without compromise.

If you want to sell something you're proud of — something your customers can stand in front of, drive past, or walk through — this is that role.

The Role

This is an inside, full-cycle sales position built around a strong inbound pipeline. You'll work leads from first contact through close, manage an active database of prior accounts and warm prospects, and own the follow-up cadence that turns interest into orders. Response time, persistence, and pipeline discipline are what separate top performers here — the leads exist, the opportunity is real, and so is the work required to capture it.

You'll also get out of the building when it matters: site surveys, client consultations, and occasional on‑site visits are part of the role. You're not desk‑bound, but the core of your day is working your pipeline, responding fast, quoting accurately, and following through.

This is not a role for someone looking to take orders. It's a role for someone who wants to build a book of business, earn real commission, and be part of a team that makes things people actually stop and look at.

You'll start with a structured 30‑day onboarding through Ink Monstr University — our internal training and onboarding program that gives you all the tools you need to be successful in this role. What you bring is the drive to work it.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and convert them into quotes and closed deals
  • Work a database of prior customers and warm prospects to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain a disciplined follow‑up cadence on open quotes and active opportunities in Hub Spot
  • Conduct site surveys and client consultations to scope projects accurately
  • Collaborate with the design and production team to deliver on what you sell
  • Work within a defined tech stack — primarily Hub Spot and Shop Vox — to keep your pipeline accurate, deals properly staged, and activity captured correctly. The system does the heavy lifting; you make sure it stays clean

Who We're Looking For
  • Competitive by nature — you play to win and you track the score
  • Self‑directed — you don't need to be managed, you need a system to work within
  • Money‑motivated — you know what you want to earn and you have a plan to get there
  • Organized and disciplined — you work your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close what you open
  • A critical thinker and problem solver — you ask the right questions, understand the why behind a customer's need, and make recommendations that actually solve problems rather than just move product
  • An active listener — the best salespeople talk less than you'd think. Asking educated questions that guide a customer through a buying decision builds more trust than any pitch. If you do all the talking, you miss everything that matters
  • Detail‑oriented throughout the cycle — you catch and retain the details that keep a job on track, protect the customer experience, and make life easier for the team behind you
  • Coachable — you can take direction, adapt your approach, and operate within a defined process
