Lighthouse is growing! We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO
, offering a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the primary responsibility will be to drive growth by qualifying leads for the Account Executives. As an SDR, you will be the first impression between key hotel brands and Lighthouse, spreading awareness across the industry and building our sales pipeline.
Where you will have impact- Conduct research on key contacts in the hospitality industry, specifically hotel chains and their management companies.
- Use news, industry trends, and company updates to put together well‑crafted messaging for key contacts.
- Make outbound calls, send Linked In messages, and craft highly personalized emails to prospective clients, maintaining high volume while ensuring quality outreach.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities for Lighthouse.
- Identify the needs of prospective clients, qualify both inbound and outbound leads, and hand off qualified prospects to Business Development Managers for meetings.
- Work closely with Lighthouse’s Marketing team to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients after trade shows, webinars, and other events and campaigns.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and marketing to optimize the sales process and win rate.
