We're growing rapidly and are looking for motivated, energetic Business Development Managers to join our Denver team.

Whether you're a recent college graduate, have experience in door-to-door sales, retail or simply have the drive to succeed, we'd love to hear from you. What You’ll Do
  • Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers across the U.S.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries including solar, roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, siding, flooring, and fencing.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while delivering exceptional service.
  • Re‑engage previous clients and uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Use market data, AI, and business insights to help clients grow their businesses.
What We’re Looking For
  • Recent college graduates eager to build a career in sales.
  • Door-to-door sales professionals ready to transition into a high-growth B2B sales role.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be coached.

This is a full-time, in-office position in our Denver office with a $60K base salary plus uncapped commissions (OTE $90k-$120K)
