Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing business based in Golden. This field-sales, customer-facing role involves using our script-centric sales process to engage directly with (provided) leads to understand their challenges, present our services as a solution to their pain and drive sales. You will focus on bringing new business and achieving sales targets contributing to the overall growth of the business.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to use our sales process to build relationships with customers who work in property management, facilities maintenance and construction sites. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.
In the Field Daily- Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day
- On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders...
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning the trust with our Customers through serving
- Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
- We use a sales script
- Route planning with provided leads
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
- Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
- Planning and executing sales strategy for territory
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Coachable
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
- Enjoys working with other people
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Monday morning team meeting & admin work 8-11am (At shop base in Golden)
- Tues - Fri arriving to first customer visit at 9 T-F (You go straight from your home)
- Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day
- On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Majority of field sales completed in 9-3:30 window with closing activities 3:30-5pm
- Salary during 3-month ramp-up period
- After ramp-up period option to move to 100% commission or base salary plus commission structure
