We help homeowners and businesses improve energy efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality. As we expand in the greater Denver market, we are seeking a driven Sales & Estimator to join our team.

Position Overview

The Sales & Estimator will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in‑home or on‑site consultations, assessing insulation needs, and delivering accurate project estimates. This is a customer‑facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site inspections for residential and commercial insulation projects
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insulation solutions
  • Prepare and present detailed, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and property managers
  • Educate customers on energy efficiency, cost savings, and available incentives
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and follow‑ups
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales, estimating, or in‑home consultation experience (home services preferred)
  • Strong closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements/calculations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in insulation, HVAC, construction, or energy efficiency industries
  • Familiarity with local building codes and rebate programs in Colorado
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Service Titan)
