Sales Engineer, Real Estate Manager & Visual Lease – Denver, CO
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business through lively, informative and collaborative engagement with prospective clients. The role includes gathering requirements, providing product demonstrations, supporting RFPs, driving the creation of SOWs, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with Sales as well as customers and other internal departments.
This position is a full‑time role based in the Denver office with up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities- Provide pre‑sales support to Sales team, partners and prospective customers.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of CoStar Real Estate Manager and future applications.
- Develop Implementation Services plans.
- Manage proof‑of‑concept initiatives and deliver.
- Own all technical aspects of sales pursuit and respond to the technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
- Supply feedback to help differentiate CoStar Real Estate Manager and future applications.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales‑engineer or similar technical selling role in a SaaS environment.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Demonstrated ability to build long‑term sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
- Experience with real estate software solutions such as lease management, IWMS, lease accounting, or project management software.
- Effective internal and external relationship‑building skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting applications and ERPs, including basic accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and industry is a plus.
- Experience selling CoStar products and services.
- Proven experience with CRM applications like Salesforce and effective use and process enforcement.
- Base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 with uncapped commission and generous incentives.

Base salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, based on relevant skills and experience, with an uncapped commission plan and generous benefits.
