Sway by Spavia is hiring part‑time and full‑time for multiple locations in Denver for Spa Wellness Sales Coordinators.

Hourly base $20-$22

Extra pay from membership sales, retail sales & bonuses

• Welcome every guest with warmth and polish; tailor recommendations to their goals and occasion.
• Convert great experiences into memberships: present options clearly and effectively, handle objections, and close ethically.
• Drive retail sales results: demo products, build simple at‑home routines/bundles, and keep the retail floor merchandised.
• Scheduling: pre‑schedule next visits, manage waitlists, and optimize provider utilization with accurate scheduling and POS.
• Proactive outreach: follow up on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and post‑visit thank‑yous via phone/text/email
• Own the front‑of‑house flow: reception/locker room readiness, tidy retail zones, cash handling, and open/close procedures.
• Partner with service providers and leadership to hit team KPIs (membership conversion, retail per guest, pre‑book rate, and guest satisfaction).
• Community & Customer Relations:
  Support local partnerships/donations, VIP events, and engagement on Larimer Square

• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
