National Account Manager – Multi-Family Construction

As a National Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of business growth, leading sales initiatives, managing complex projects, and developing long‑term partnerships with key clients across the Southeast. What You’ll Do- Drive Revenue & Growth – Build, expand, and manage relationships with national and regional multi‑family clients; identify new opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and strategic prospecting; develop and grow your own book of business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Own the Front End – Proactively prospect and secure new national accounts; understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create long‑term value.
- Lead Projects with Confidence – Review project proposals and develop execution plans aligned with scope, budget, and timelines; ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Be the Trusted Point of Contact – Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams; build trust through clear communication, accountability, and exceptional service; partner closely with operations and project teams to assign responsibilities, track progress, and resolve challenges; communicate milestones, expectations, and outcomes with clarity and professionalism.
- Leverage Data for Impact – Maintain accurate CRM records and use reporting tools to uncover new opportunities and improve performance.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and project management within the construction industry.
- Direct experience with multi‑family new construction projects.
- An established book of business in the Western (Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado) region.
- Strong understanding of the multi‑family construction lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage costs and protect project margins.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and follow‑ups.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- National‑level impact with the backing of a premier multi‑family flooring and tile subcontractor.
