Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, results oriented sales leader to drive revenue growth in mid-size to large enterprise accounts. A sales leader who will orchestrate their team to drive a significant share of revenue for IMAGINiT and their technology providers.

Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team to consistently reach license, support, and service revenue targets within set time frames.
- Hire, manage, coach and develop outside sales professionals.
- Lead account planning strategy sessions aimed at retaining and acquiring customers and increasing business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with the team to reinforce goals and objectives, utilize the CRM tool, and set clear expectations about policies and procedures.
- Evaluate territory needs, prepare and participate in sales calls and approve proposals.
- Work closely with partners and maintain positive working relationships.
- Participate in Quarterly and/or Annual Business Reviews with customers.
- Strategize with customers and the team around solutions, leveraging various technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up phone calls, attending customer meetings, and handling customer satisfaction issues.
- Stay abreast of all changes in IMAGINiT and partner technologies and ensure necessary certifications are completed.
- Develop and present forecast reports to senior management, and provide timely insights to corporate functions.
- Travel up to 50% of the time within the region to support the team.
- Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales team targets.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
- 3+ years in sales management of professionals selling software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Engineering.
- Sold complex solution software (including SaaS) and experience in core tech principles such as Digital Transformation, Data Management, Infrastructure Management, Engineering Design, Business Applications or Data Analytics.
- Experience with account-based selling, solution selling, consultative sales techniques; knowledge of Challenger methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical complexities.
- Exemplary interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling technology solutions to Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience working with Salesforce and its reporting/analytical features.
- Goal-oriented with strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical thinker who can assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Team player who collaborates across departments and teams.

- Base salary: $85,000–$110,000
- OTE range: $220,000+
