Sales Engineer, Real Estate Manager & Visual Lease – Denver, CO
This position is a full‑time role based in our Denver office. We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business through lively, informative and collaborative engagement with prospective clients. The role involves gathering requirements, providing product demonstrations, supporting RFPs, driving the creation of SOWs, delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with Sales, customers and other internal departments.
Responsibilities- Provide pre‑sales support to Sales team, partners and prospective customers.
- Present and demonstrate CoStar Real Estate Manager applications and future products.
- Develop implementation services plans.
- Manage proof of concept development and delivery.
- Own all technical aspects of sales pursuit.
- Respond to technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
- Provide feedback and direction to effectively sell and differentiate CoStar Real Estate Manager and future applications.
- Assist and provide input to internal departments such as Product Management.
- Travel 25% of the time as required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales engineer role or similar technical selling experience in a SaaS environment.
- Track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms.
- Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check with a responsible driving history.
- Ability to build long‑term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
- Experience with real‑estate software solutions such as lease management, IWMS, lease accounting, or project management software.
- Effective internal and external relationship building skills.
- Adaptability in a high‑growth company environment.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting applications and ERPs.
- Basic accounting concepts familiarity.
- Knowledge of the commercial real‑estate market and industry.
- Understanding and experience selling CoStar products and services.
- Proven experience with CRM applications like Salesforce.

This position offers a base salary range of $XX,000 - $XX,000, based on relevant skills and experience, an uncapped/generous commission plan and generous benefits.
