Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day aspects of purchasing and inventory control over hundreds of merchandise skus.

Can you work with both internal and external resources to provide our premier clients with world‑class merchandising solutions? Can you work as part of a high energy, collaborative team focused on getting results AND having fun in the process? If so, you might be who we are looking for.

A week in the life of our Account Manager might look like this:

  • Communicate with all Image Seller departments to ensure project delivery
  • Identify and manage vendor relationship including pricing, merchandise, and production timeline requirements
  • Organize pending and completed orders
  • Resolve billing issues with vendors
  • Create purchase orders
  • Verify details of order with a vendor
  • Work with our Account Services team to ensure open and collaborative communication with our clients
  • Follow established purchasing process through completion on all orders
  • Support Image Seller’s goals by identifying creative brand specific merchandise solutions
  • Assist management team as needed

Qualifications

Solution oriented, creative, innovative thinking and attention to detail are a must

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to take initiative, plan, and execute tasks independently

Take appropriate risks and make smart decisions

A dynamic personality who can manage many projects at once and thrive in a fun, fast paced environment

Relationship builder, demonstrating an ability to listen and respond to a wide variety of questions

Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal account teams throughout each work day

Ability to present new product presentations with knowledge and confidence to explain each item and its distinguishing factors

Ability to effectively listen and take direction from account teams, sourcing team members, and other office managers
