Sales Executive

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive
.

As a Sales Executive
, you will lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. You will guide your team toward achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients (prospects), internal support partners, and your team. Additionally, you will recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Your Team's. Work within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through effective use of planned resources.
  • Lead Your Team. Provide overall direction, motivation, and support to your sales team in a designated territory. Ensure all Sales Associates use the Salesforce Automation System and implement an audit procedure to ensure compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales associates. Interview, identify, and motivate Sales Associates while providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching. Help develop the careers of team members.
  • Represent ADP. Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by attending field engagements, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars. Stay current on ADP product technology.
Required Qualifications
  • Sales Role Model. Successful track record of business-to-business sales experience (2+ years). Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
  • People Person and Coach. Relationship builder who can connect and motivate people. Provide performance feedback and coaching.
  • Trusted Advisor. Demonstrates integrity and delivers on promises.
  • Expert Planner. Manages time well, prioritizes deliverables, excels at multitasking, and implements successful sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience leading teams.
Education and Experience

A college degree is preferred but not required. Acceptable experience includes:

  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Military experience valued for discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Compensation range: USD $78,800.00 – USD $ per year (may include bonus, equity, or commissions). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.
