Responsibilities- Operate with a world‑class, AI‑driven tech stack, engage senior decision‑makers, generate meaningful pipeline and build real commercial mastery within a culture that genuinely puts people first.
- Design territory strategies.
- Leverage AI‑powered insights.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline.
- Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, social).
- Conduct structured discovery conversations.
- Generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals.
- 3+ years experience in outbound BDR or full‑cycle sales roles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator).
- Track record of exceeding prospecting activity and conversion targets.
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling.
- Executive‑level storytelling and communication skills.
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
- Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others (optional).
Must be located in one of the following locations:
Austin, TX or Denver, CO.
We are open to hiring this position at various levels. Final job level and title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and overall qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $89,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short‑term incentive and a long‑term incentive as part of total compensation.
