Position: Sales Development Representative - US

Sweep is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR), based in Denver, CO

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit‑ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.

What you will be doing
  • Identifying Leads
    • Mapping accounts with the right personas under senior team guidance.
    • Managing and maintaining data on prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce).
    • Supporting prospecting campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Prospecting
    • Reaching out to prospects using all relevant channels, focusing on cold calling.
    • Learning and applying the right messaging to trigger meaningful conversations.
    • Executing multi‑threaded outbound campaigns with well‑crafted follow‑up sequences.
    • Reporting on campaign results and sharing observations to improve conversion rates.
  • Qualifying
    • Ensuring prospects fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
    • Highlighting Sweep's value proposition to raise interest and generate curiosity.
    • Qualifying business opportunities and booking meetings with Account Executives.
    • Ensuring all communications are logged accurately in the CRM.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role.
  • Some exposure to software‑as‑a‑service environments, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to develop a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of CSR or climate change is a clear plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to integrating them into daily work.
