Don’t even respond unless you are an overachiever. Earn $75K if you’re average, $150K if you’re good, and over $300K if you’re great, in this commission-only sales role.

Young Pro Elite is in the professional training and development industry, offering digital interface and in-person chapter programs to Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations in their respective industries (e.g., the top grossing and most revered companies in Insurance, Real Estate, Accounting, etc.).

This is NOT SaaS Sales; you are selling our program, not any software.

This is a commission-only sales role for top producers ONLY. With an average sales cycle of 45-60 days, the first few months will indeed entail a lot of prospecting and ramp up for you. We expect upwards of thousands of emails and hundreds of calls, voraciously adding to your funnel and pipeline every day; reporting to your manager regularly. With an average sale of $20K, an average commission of 25%, and a nearly endless supply of prospects to research and approach, the sky is the limit for your earning potential if you are a grinder and closer.

Once the first few months of initial prospecting are completed, we'd expect ~5 sales/month (at least one per week by the third month).

Young or old, it doesn’t matter; if you have what it takes, then this is the opportunity for you. We will thoroughly train someone who has the grit and intangibles we seek. Candidate must be phenomenal at opening doors, identifying decision-makers, getting appointments from a cold start, and painstakingly organizing it all. Candidate must be highly self-motivated, comfortable working mostly remotely, and a terrific presenter, communicator, and strong closer.

YPE is a young, innovative, and progressive company that is pursuing a worthy cause and we need real stars to bring in the best accounts. Although a newer company, you are not starting from scratch. We have sales, current and past clients/partners, glowing testimonials, some established prospect lists and pipelines, and more resources for you to leverage. We just need YOU!
