We are seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious Business Development Associate to join a rapidly growing consumer-facing business owned by A3S1 Capital, a private family office focused on acquiring and growing exceptional companies.

This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team at an early stage, work directly with leadership, and play a meaningful role in the company's next phase of growth.

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer relationships
• Conduct outreach to prospective partners and clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Support business development and growth initiatives
• Manage CRM activities and sales pipeline reporting
• Assist with marketing and customer engagement efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience
• Help identify and execute strategic growth opportunities

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Interest in sales, marketing, operations, or entrepreneurship

This is not a traditional entry-level position.

You’ll work closely with experienced operators and investors, gain exposure to multiple aspects of a growing business, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
