- Seeking experienced healthcare sales professionals to drive community outreach and participant enrollment for client services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including healthcare providers, senior communities, and government agencies.
- Execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly enrollment targets of 6–8 participants.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to educate prospective participants and referral partners on Client services.
- Identify and qualify Medicare, Medicaid, Dual Eligible, VA, and Private Pay individuals for program enrollment.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic account management.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and participant onboarding.
- Monitor territory performance metrics and provide regular reports to sales leadership.
- Self-motivated candidates with healthcare, post-acute, managed care, or senior care sales experience are strongly preferred.
