Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities- Achieves and/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
- Develops and builds professional relationships with key HCPs in the assigned geography.
- Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers and community HCPs.
- Leverages insights and knowledge of therapeutic, market, and competitor information to effectively manage business and challenges.
- 1+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
- Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, and strong customer dedication.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonus based on company or individual performance.
