Position OverviewSuperset Labs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
You’ll be a key player in demonstrating Union’s value proposition, nurturing relationships, and strategically guiding customers towards success and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through targeted prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative sales approaches.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing Union’s capabilities and aligning them with client needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, maximum platform utilization, and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pipedrive).
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies.
- 2+ years of proven sales or account management experience selling B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively demonstrate software products and articulate value propositions to varied audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM tools and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or strong familiarity with wellness, events, or education sectors.
- Background in selling platforms involving live streaming, video content, or marketing automation.
