About the RoleAssociate Partner Account Manager works with Intermedia Channel Partners to resell Intermedia’s suite of cloud services, leveraging the Intermedia brand or partners’ own brand. The role focuses on driving revenue through channel partners and managing the complete sales cycle.
What you will be doing- Actively pursue revenue objectives from selling services through channel partners to small/medium sized business customers.
- Represent Intermedia during all phases from pre‑sales activity to post‑sales account management.
- Prospect for new business and sales opportunities through the Partner Channel.
- Successfully conduct sales presentations demonstrating Intermedia’s voice and data solutions.
- Participate in sales and technology training.
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives.
- Provide partners and customers with the highest standard of customer service through the sales cycle, working with internal departments (VIP Desk, Carrier Relations, Tech Support, Customer Service, Onboarding) to ensure a successful pre and post‑sale experience.
- Build out a territory plan and collaborate with specific partners on business development, business planning, marketing execution, and overall sales enablement activities.
- Protect against partner and customer churn by providing excellent service, responding to escalations, and ensuring overall partner and customer satisfaction.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Direct, outside sales, or account management.
- A demonstrated track record of success in sales, partner‑led sales, or executive relationship building.
- Strong grasp of solution‑ and value‑based selling, preferably in the enterprise business applications space.
- Superior oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.
