AIMS Companies provides industrial, environmental, construction, pipeline, hydro excavation, tank cleaning, waste management, and site remediation services for public and private sector clients nationwide.

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Denver and Colorado market.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, industrial clients, subcontractors, and project owners
• Generate new business opportunities within construction, industrial, environmental, and infrastructure sectors
• Track bids, RFQs, RFPs, and upcoming project opportunities
  
  Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on proposals and bid strategy
• Represent AIMS Companies at networking events, industry meetings, and trade associations
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline management, and sales reporting
• Drive territory growth and revenue generation throughout the region

• 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience
• Experience in construction, industrial services, environmental services, infrastructure, or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, bidding processes, and project lifecycle management
• Existing Denver or Colorado industry relationships preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and regional travel ability
