Position Overview
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven sales role focused on building and growing partnerships within Colorado’s luxury residential construction and design community.
The Sales Consultant will lead business development efforts with architects, custom home builders, general contractors, and homeowners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the early project lifecycle.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, design, and construction, requiring someone who can build trust quickly, stay highly visible in the market, and guide clients through a consultative process around premium window and door solutions.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and energized by relationship-building, project development, and long-cycle consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, general contractors, and homeowners across Colorado’s luxury residential market
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, showroom visits, industry events, and active market outreach
- Lead consultative conversations around product selection, design intent, performance goals, budgets, and timelines
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through signed agreements
- Prepare and present quotes, product options, and proposals using internal systems and manufacturer tools
- Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure strong client experience and smooth project handoff
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-up through CRM
- Represent the company professionally in the field, in showrooms, on job sites, and within the broader design/build community
- Build long-term client trust that leads to repeat business and referral opportunities
- 3+ years of success in consultative sales, business development, or relationship-based selling
- Experience with in luxury residential construction, architectural products, building materials, interiors, or related industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong communication skills with polished client-facing presence
- Comfortable working in a field-based, relationship-heavy environment with consistent in-person meetings
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and opportunities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to learn technical products and confidently guide clients through decision-making
- CRM proficiency and general comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
