Job Overview

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers and build new and deepen existing relationships.

They are experts in uncovering customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. Mobile Experts do it the right way, meeting performance targets that include sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

• Serve and sell to our customers, while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Make the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T‑Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Travel Required:

Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status.
