Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership, direction, and motivation to Outfitters within the department;
Meet with potential customers to determine boating or ATV needs;
Support Sales Manager in achieving Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll goals;
Generate and manage leads in the CRM and perform follow-up with customers;
Coordinate Special Events with the General Sales Manager and ensure pricing, UPC integrity, and display accuracy
