It is the critical link between our suppliers and the retail outlets, restaurants, and bars where our beverages are sold. Responsibilities- Execute monthly sales plans and drive sales volume for all CDC products in assigned chain accounts.
- Plan, distribute, and track sales objectives and inventory to minimize out‑of‑stocks and maintain product integrity.
- Develop presentations, sales data, proposals, and display opportunities to support sales goals.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of market trends nationally and locally.
- Establish and maintain professional customer relationships through a daily call schedule.
- Resolve customer matters quickly and identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories.
- Collaborate with retailers to ensure displays comply with company standards and conduct routine inventory and quality compliance checks.
- Adhere to all federal, state, local regulations, CDC, and Molson Coors policies; attend meetings and follow operational procedures.
- Understand and comply with Quality Assurance guidelines and maintain proper rotation schedules.
- Maintain a company vehicle, tools, and equipment; be available after hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- High school education or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; consumer product industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem‑solving skills with limited guidance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, business knowledge, and ability to envision a successful sales program.
- Knowledge of the three‑tiered distribution system is preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license; MVR within Molson Coors guidelines.
- Ability to pass a physical abilities test (lifting up to 35 lbs).
