• Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Offer daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions

• Proven success in consultative or in‑home sales, preferably with high‑ticket products or services.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
• Comfortable conducting in‑home consultations and providing customized solutions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow‑up activities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales.
• HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high‑value retail sales.
• Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments.
• Experience selling products with financing options and one‑call close presentations.
