My name is Ben Davis—I started this State Farm Agency in January 2020, and we’ve grown into one of the most successful agencies in the country. Because of that success, we were given the opportunity to take over a second location (Castle Rock).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range $55,000 – $95,000 (based on performance/structure) Profit Sharing Paid Time Off Retirement Plan 4-day work weeks Activity-based + results-based compensation (calls + quote sheets)
