Requirements

• The successful Director of Business Development (DBD) at TPT Digital is an entrepreneurial self-starter who is motivated to increase overall revenue and foster an environment of delivering excellence for your client partners

• Minimum of 4 years in a client facing role or business development position with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
