This role is pivotal in providing strategic direction across the Inside Sales staff, driving accountability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales management and a proven ability to coach and mentor teams. Experience with sales training and knowledge of distribution markets are preferred. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
