We are hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Denver, Colorado
. The role focuses on building relationships and selling commercial doors and related products. Strong business development aptitude is required.
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services.
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems, providing consultative sales.
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial building owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K‑12 and municipalities in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
- Assess customers’ needs, sell technical and mechanical goods and services, and develop scope of work for each proposal.
- Handle each sale from initial call to closing, following up quickly to close projects and participating in project management as needed.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience.
- Ability to apply technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications highly desired.
- Outgoing personality with a natural affinity for customer service.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Pay Range: $60,409 USD – $90,613 USD. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
