Divine Resource Solutions is partnering with a confidential client to identify a driven Market Expansion Project Manager who combines business development, account management, and project execution. The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, generating new business, and delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
  • Meet sales goals and maintain CRM activity.
  • Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Account Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Project Management
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Technical & Operations
  • Prepare client-ready reports and project documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and business software to analyze and deliver results.
  • Support operational activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or project management experience.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, technical services, or related industries preferred.
  • Proven success generating and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
