Granite & Marble Designs is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Denver Metro area.

Since 2007, Granite & Marble Designs has been one of Colorado's premier providers of custom granite, quartz, marble, and porcelain countertops. Our team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in design, fabrication, and installation, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and an outstanding customer experience.

• Develop new business relationships through networking, prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, designers, and commercial clients
• Conduct showroom and on-site consultations
• Read plans and create accurate project estimates
• Present product options and guide clients through material selections
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Manage projects from initial contact through installation
• Collaborate with our design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

You are someone who:

• Loves meeting new people and building long-term relationships

• Is self-motivated and highly accountable
• Can balance relationship building with strong attention to detail
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Enjoys helping customers bring their visions to life
• Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience in countertops, kitchen and bath design, construction, building products, remodeling, cabinetry, flooring, or a related industry
• Experience reading architectural or construction plans
• CRM experience (Moraware, Counter Go, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)

A degree is welcome but not required. We value experience, initiative, coachability, and results.

• Competitive base salary plus commission
