Job Description

Remote - CO/UT/

Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory.

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to grow our Parcel Locker business within an assigned multi‑family territory. In this role, you’ll develop account strategies, build strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision‑makers, including senior leaders
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business
  • Identify and overcome barriers to growth within your territory
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools
  • Travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently
  • Ability to close complex sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Property management or multi‑family industry experience is a plus
